How do I get a rent-to-own storage building order started?

1. You can place your order via phone at (800) 578-0688 or in person in our office.  
2. You’ll pay the first month’s rent and the delivery fee at the time you place your order. The initial payment must be a secured form of payment (credit or debit card, money order or cashier’s check). We ONLY accept cash payments made in our office. We do not accept personal checks and apologize for any inconvenience. 
3. You will fill out and sign the lease contract and we’ll get started on your building!  

What if I just want to buy my storage building?

How should I prepare for my storage building delivery?

All you need to do is decide where you want your storage building to go and clear the area of any obstructions. You don’t need a pad or foundation to place it on, but we do ask that you level the area as much as possible.

What if I have power lines or trees near my backyard?

All we need is 14 feet of clearance from trees or the lowest power line to deliver your building over your fence. If we deem necessary, we will send a delivery scout to survey the area beforehand, free of charge. 

Does my storage building need to be anchored?

In most cases our buildings don’t require an anchor. However, if you prefer to anchor your building we do offer anchors for an additional charge and can install them when we deliver your building. 

How do I know if you can deliver a storage building to me?

Simply give us a call and we’ll be happy to walk you through our process from beginning to end. If deemed necessary, we’ll even send a delivery scout to survey your yard, free of charge. Contact our experts at (800) 578-0688!

How long does delivery take?

It usually takes about 2-3 weeks to deliver your building from the time you place your order. The delivery process itself usually takes about 15 minutes and is completely damage and hassle-free!

What size are your portable steel storage buildings?

Our “Gold Line” of backyard storage buildings is available in three sizes; 9.5’L x 8’W x 7.5’H, 12.5’L x 8’W x 7.5’H, and 15.5’L x 8’W x 7.5’H. The “Silver Line” of backyard storage buildings is available in 12’L x 8’W x 7.5’H. 

What kind of floor will my building have?

Each of our Gold Line portable storage buildings have a 3/4″ treated plywood floor and our Silver Line storage buildings have a 5/8″ OSB flooring that can be upgraded to our treated plywood option. All of our buildings sit on a 14-gauge solid steel frame, so your valuables sit almost 5″ off the ground with no worry of rust or termite damage. 

What is considered a standard Gold Line storage building?

Our standard, non-custom color storage buildings feature steel Timber Tan trim, steel Light Stone siding and a Light Stone, 6’x6’ steel, roll-up door. 

What is considered a custom storage building?

Any color combination other than our standard Timber Tan trim, Light Stone siding, and Light Stone door is considered a custom storage building. Custom colors are only available on our Gold Line buildings. We also offer windows, skylights, gable vents, and a walk-in style door so you can customize your Gold Line storage building to fit your needs.  

Do I need a lock for my storage building?

Your new portable storage building is equipped with a flush mounted, tamper-resistant lock and three keys, or two keys if you buy used.  

What if I need to move?

We understand that circumstances change and we will be happy to move your backyard storage building for a small moving fee. The building must be completely empty prior to our arrival. 

What is the monthly cost of a storage building?

We offer Rent-To-Own payment plans starting at just $99/Month. There is no penalty for paying off your building early. In addition to our rent-to-own plans, you can also purchase your building directly or opt for 90 days same as cash. Refer to our specific building pages for exact pricing. 

When is my payment due?

Your first payment is due at the time you place your order. Statements are sent out on the 15th of every month and payments are due on the first of the following month. We allow a generous grace period until the 10th of the month, and late fees are added on the 11th. 

 

How can I make my payment?

We prefer you make payments online through our website. You can access this by clicking the ‘Pay Bill’ button at the top of this page. You can also make payments via check, or credit or debit card via phone or in person at our home office at 7904 19th Street in Lubbock, TX. Cash payments must be made in-person. You can also mail a check or money order to our P.O. Box or set up online payments. We also offer auto draft.
