The Gold Line is made of superior all-steel construction designed to last a lifetime. The only wood you’ll find on our buildings is in the premium 3/4″ treated plywood floor, which sits above a 4″ steel foundation for added protection against water damage, termites, and other elements. The Gold Line offers maximum versatility for any storage need and is available in three sizes. All of our buildings are hand-crafted to perfection before being delivered to you, directly over your fence.
Customizable Building Design
Our Standard Gold Line building features a classic combination of Light Stone siding, Timber Tan trim, and a 6’x6′ Light Stone roll-up door. You can customize your building by choosing your own color combination, choosing between a swing door, roll-up door, or opting for double doors, adding windows, skylights, and more! Our building options are designed to allow you to create the perfect building for any storage need or style.

Storage Building Specifications
SUPERIOR Quality, Customizable Design.
A: Gable pitch style roof, 7.5’ tall at its peak. We use thick 26-ga metal, which is above industry standard, and yields an extremely durable structure that will not warp or rot over time.
B: 26-ga metal trim that encloses an all steel structure. Available in 22 colors. Comes with a 30-year paint manufacturer’s warranty, which means less worry about fading and discoloration.
C: 26-ga metal siding coated in fade-resistant, factory-finished paint. Available in 22 colors. Comes with a 30-year paint manufacturer’s warranty.
D: Gold, flush-mounted, lock and key mechanism. Tamper resistant and cannot be cut with bolt cutters or hacksaws. Comes with three sets of keys.
E: Commercial-grade 6’x6’ steel roll-up door with a weather proof seal for added protection against dirt and debris. Available in multiple colors. Can substitute for a white steel 3’x6’8” swing door, or add an additional door of either style on the opposite side of the building.
F: 4” steel foundation that supports the premium ¾” treated plywood floor. Helps protect against water damage, termites, and other elements.

PRICING + PAYMENT INFORMATION
Direct Purchase. If you purchase your building, delivery is completely free. We will collect your payment information and place your order! This is our easiest, quickest payment option.
Rent-To-Own. No credit check is required. To place your order, we require the first month’s rent + delivery fee. All add-ons such as windows or skylights must be paid for in full. If opting for custom colors, a one-time $200 upgrade fee applies. Rather than locking you into high interest rates with traditional financing, we offer you the benefits and flexibility of our rent-to-own plans. At the end of your 60-month term rent-to-own plan, the building is yours to keep. There is no penalty for paying off your building earlier than our 60-month term. You can do so by simply paying more than the minimum monthly requirement!
90 Days Same As Cash. With this option, you can pay for the full amount of your building in three or more installments in the amount of your choice, within 90 days of placing your order. If you’re unable to pay in full within the 90 days, no problem! We will simply switch you to our rent-to-own plan and associated terms will apply.
