WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR PORTABLE STORAGE BUILDINGS?

We offer each line of our buildings in three sizes, all of which are 8’ wide and 7.5’ tall at the highest peak. Our Gold Line is available in 9.5’, 12.5’, and 15.5’, and our Silver Line is available in 9', 12', and 15'.

WHAT KIND OF FLOOR WILL MY BUILDING HAVE?

Each of our Gold Line portable storage buildings have a 3/4" treated plywood floor and our Silver Line buildings have a 5/8" OSB flooring. All of our buildings sit on a 16-gauge solid steel frame, so your valuables sit almost 5" off the ground with no worry of rust or termite damage.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A STANDARD GOLD LINE, NON-COLOR BUILDING?

Our standard, non-color buildings feature Timber Tan trim, Light Stone siding and a Light Stone, 6’x6’ steel, roll-up door. These are also the colors of our “Original Classic” 12.5’ building, the first building size and color we offered our customers.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A CUSTOM COLOR BUILDING?

Any color combination other than our standard Timber Tan trim, Light Stone siding, and Light Stone door. Custom colors are only available on our Gold Line buildings.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HAVE MY BUILDING DELIVERED?

We strive for the quickest production and delivery time possible, but we ask that you plan for delivery 2-3 weeks in advance. In many cases we can deliver your building much quicker than that, however, weather and demand can cause unforeseen delays.

DO I NEED TO TAKE MY FENCE DOWN?

No, we deliver your portable storage building on our state-of-the-art crane truck. We attach the crane to the top of your building, pick your building up, and place it over your fence and into your backyard. All we need is 14' of clearance between the top of your fence line and the lowest highline wires. If we do not have 14' of clearance we will assemble your building on-site.

DO I NEED A LOCK?

Your new portable storage building is equipped with a flush mounted, tamper-resistant lock and three keys, or two keys if you buy used.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MOVE?

We understand that circumstances change and we will be happy to move your building for you for a small moving fee. The building must be completely empty prior to our arrival.

DO I NEED TO POUR CONCRETE OR LEVEL THE SITE BEFORE DELIVERY?

You certainly can if you’d like, but it is not necessary. However, if the site is unlevel we recommend you pick up a few concrete landscaping blocks from any hardware store and we will do our best to help you get the building as level as possible.

WHAT IS THE MONTHLY COST OF A UNIT?

Payment plans for our Silver Line start at just $49/month for our 9’ building, $59/month for our 12’ building, and $79/month for our 15’ building. Payment plans for our Gold Line start at just $69/month for our 9.5’ building, $89/month for our 12.5’ building, and $109/month for our 15.5’ building. There is no penalty for paying off your building early. You can also purchase your building outright.

WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?

Statements are sent out on the 15th of every month and payments are due on the first of the month. We allow a generous grace period until the 10th of the month, and late fees are added on the 11th.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENT?

You are welcome to make payments via cash, check, or credit or debit card via phone or in person at our home office at 7904 19th Street in Lubbock, TX. Cash payments must be made in-person. You can also mail a check or money order to our P.O. Box or set up online payments. We also offer autodraft.

HOW DO I GET A RENT-TO-OWN BUILDING ORDER STARTED?

1. Place your order via phone or in our office.
2. Pay the first month’s rent and the delivery fee. The initial payment must be a secured form of payment (credit or debit card, money order or cashier’s check). You can make your initial payment the day you place your order, the day we call you to schedule your delivery, or upon delivery with a money order or cashier’s check. We ONLY accept cash payments made in our office. We do not accept personal checks and apologize for any inconvenience.
3. Fill out and sign the lease contract.
